VIC:Judge given wrong info on Carey

A court has heard the judge who placed the brother of AFL great WAYNE CAREY on a suspended
sentence was given wrong information about his crime by prosecutors.

KEVIN CAREY .. known as DICK .. was placed on a 15-month suspended sentence last year
and fined 17 thousand dollars .. after pleading guilty to one count of attempting to possess
a precursor chemical.
