Qld: Labor probes candidate 'bully' claim

BRISBANE, Feb 5 AAP - The Queensland Labor Party is considering whether to disendorse
an election candidate found to have bullied a co-worker three years ago.

A Queensland Rail investigation in 2001 found Shane Guley, the ALP candidate for the
western seat of Gregory, had bullied a worker while he was employed by Queensland Rail
as a master scheduler in central Queensland.

Queensland Industrial Relation Commission (QIRC) records show the investigators substantiated
