ProAssurance Sets Dates for Fourth Quarter 2010 Earnings Release and Conference Call.

ProAssurance will report results for the fourth quarter of 2010 after the close of normal New York Stock Exchange trading on Wednesday, February 23, 2011.

ProAssurance will conduct a conference call at 10 AM ET on Thursday, February 24, 2011 to discuss the results, its view of the medical professional liability industry and corporate events of interest to investors.
