FED:Gillard presser after health talks=2

The COAG meeting also agreed on a national pool of funding.

"We have agreed there will be a national funding body which will be a pooled arrangement
making transparent funding flows in health," Ms Gillard said.

"This is a huge step forward.

"Through this national funding body we will be able to ensure hospitals around the
nation are transparently and fairly funded."
