NSW: Sydney ferries disrupted for yacht race

Sydney Ferries services will be disrupted tomorrow as the Boxing Day Sydney to Hobart
yacht race gets under way.

Ferry services will be delayed with high passenger numbers expected and the large number
of vessels on Sydney Harbour.

Sydney Ferries advises people intending to take a ferry to plan ahead .. because Manly
ferries will be replaced by buses in the middle of the day because of the Sydney to Hobart
yacht race.

There will be no Manly JetCat service after 7.35am (AEDT) and buses will replace Manly
ferries between 11.20am and 3pm.

Extra Manly ferry services will be scheduled every 20 minutes at other times of the day.

There will be a modified Watsons Bay timetable between 11.45am and 2.15pm and during
which time no ferries will stop at Watsons Bay.
