CANBERRA, Feb 22 AAP - Half Australia's population would have to leave the country
if economist Ross Garnaut's proposed emissions cuts are to be met, Nationals senator Barnaby
Joyce says.

Alternatively, Australians could accept poverty and align their living standards with
